Chairs and a limited number of pillows are available on a first-come basis. Bring your own pillows, blanket, and/or meditation cushion, if you prefer, and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Journeying can be done sitting upright or lying down on the floor. Bring something to cover your eyes (such as a bandana or eye pillow). You can also bring a drum or rattle; however, it is not required. Extra drums and rattles will be available. We also recommend bringing a pen or pencil and a journal that you can keep a record of your journeying experiences. Participants are also encouraged to bring personal totems, stones, or other items for the mesa (altar).
