Power Animals: How to Connect with Your Animal Spirit Guide (includes CD)

Steven Farmer guides you through a journey on the included CD to discover and connect with your power animal. Once you've determined who your power animal is, you can refer to the text to learn what this says about you, find instructions on how to call upon the spirit animal, and read a channeled message for you from that animal spirit. You'll also find out which animal spirit to call on for specific situations, and additional tracks on the CD will help you consult your power animals as an oracle.

Medicine for the Earth: How to Transform Personal and Environmental Toxins
Author: Sandra Ingerman
Based on the conviction that "we can reverse environmental pollution through spiritual methods," Ingerman coaches readers through inward and outward preparation for performing "transmutation," the channeling of spiritual energy to create positive physical effects. Her clear, practical exercises call upon a variety of ancient and current resources, including shamanism, to recruit assistance from the spiritual realm.

CDs

Shamanic Journey Solo and Double Drumming

This recording is specifically designed as a tool to aid the practitioner in solo shamanic journeying. There are 15-minute and 30-minute solo drumming with callback, as well as 15-minute and 30-minute double drumming with callback. Excellent for journey experiences in which you don't have to drum for yourself and can just relax into the experience.
